How to get here
By Car: From the highway (autostrada), take the exit Firenze nord or Firenze sud, towards the city center. Arrived at the Fortezza da Basso, turn around it and take Viale Lavagnini; at the traffic lights (located about half way street) turn right into Via Santa Caterina D'Alessandria. Go straight in Via Nazionale to Largo Alinari at the traffic light turn right, go straight then the 2nd traffic lights turn right again in Piazza Adua. Continue straight on in Via Cennini after 5 meters on the right you find the entrance of the hotel.
By train: The train station of Santa Maria Novella is located 300 meters from the hotel. To reach us take the left exit of the station and walk towards the Congress Palace and Piazza Adua, and then continue in Via Cennini, the hotel is at number 4.
Be careful not to be confused with the Palazzo Vecchio (the monuments), located in Piazza della Signoria, which is located on the opposite direction from the Hotel PalazzoVecchio.
By bus or taxi: You can catch the SITA bus service, which connects Florence airport (Amerigo Vespucci), with the central train station S. M. Novella. Travel time is approximately 25 minutes and ticket costs € 5 per person. If you prefer the taxi, the cost is 20 € plus the surcharge of 1 € per bag. Be careful not to be confused with the Palazzo Vecchio (the monuments), located in Piazza della Signoria, which is located on the opposite direction from the Hotel PalazzoVecchio.
